Health-information service
MediClarity structures and explains documents. It is not a doctor, laboratory, emergency service, diagnostic device, or prescribing service. Source documents and qualified clinicians remain authoritative.
User responsibilities
Upload only records you are authorized to process, verify extracted values against the source report, protect share links and API keys, and seek local emergency services for urgent symptoms.
Plans and billing
Free usage is limited to three saved reports per UTC calendar month. Paid features require an active Stripe subscription. Lab usage fees are metered per successfully processed report when configured.
No silent clinical substitution
Alias, unit, and candidate LOINC mappings can be wrong. MediClarity preserves original values and does not invent reference intervals when a source lab does not provide them.
